How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
What are the Shipping Options?
We want you to get your package as quickly and affordably as possible, whether you ordered way in advance or need your product ASAP.
Do You Offer Volume Discounts
Yes, we have volume discounts starting at just 5 items. You can even mix and match most items. It doesn’t have to be the same style or color!.
What is the Minimum Order
We don't have a minimum amount to order. You can order 1 to hundreds. We offer custom services from design to quantity with the same level of quality.
